What to expect working with The Executive C-Suite Group
Our recruitment specialists are trained to attract and recruit the most appropriate candidates for executive positions. After candidates contact us, we schedule a series of interviews. The first is a meet-and-greet discussion about what we expect of each other to ensure our goals align. The second interview includes a formal conversation about our executive search process and what we expect of you as an executive position candidate. We conduct these initial interviews with most of our candidates through video calls, telephone conversations, and emails. Then, we invite the most appropriate candidates to meet our recruitment staff.

After the initial interview phase, we conduct face-to-face interviews with those we accept to learn more about their professional goals, experience, and skills. Then, we screen our candidates and verify their qualifications. The final onboarding stage involves setting strategic placement goals and presenting the most appropriate candidates to our clients.
