Why we started – The C-Suite Group entered the executive search industry in 2024. We are establishing a unique footprint in a crowded space. We are uniquely qualified to search for and secure executives and boardroom directors’ talent and to search for those who are from underrepresented groups. This is our niche!
We recognized a need to help companies with not just acquiring executives to fill companies positions. But to help companies understand their hiring market and how they fit relative to their ability to fill their positions based on a company desires.
There are a lot of recruitment and retained executive search companies that will say they have identified the top 1% of executives in the market. The C-Suite Group is not one of those companies that lean on utilizing this data point approach to define its success. We started to dig deeper!
