Both options require us to meet with clients and teams, we work toward understanding the company’s needs and desires. We complete a discovery phase with clients. We provide clients with a discovery file of tailored strategies, analysis, and recommendations. The first option provides the clients with what they believe they need to perform an executive search. The second option the C-Suite Group is further retained to complete the executive search.
EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM SEARCH:
Our boardroom director searches we offer a retained search. This retained board search requires a meeting with the board client. We work to understand and identify barriers to why boards may not achieve their desired outcomes. We complete readiness assessments. We identify with boards how to tap into networks to help go beyond how traditional candidates may have been found. We access those networks. We identify and determine partners that can assist. We engage in those discussions and perform the search.
TEMPORARY EXECUTIVE STAFFING:
Our temporary executive staffing we provide ready to work executives to fill-in company roles for a temporary period of time. The Suite Group has a developed ready-to-work list of executives to select from. We provide executives to a company to fulfill most executive roles. We take care of all administrative onboarding upfront for these C-Suite Group employees. We cost companies for these staff services.
TRAININGS:
The C-Suite Group can provide different types of executive training through our menu of training. Additionally, we offer executive coaching, executive team coaching, mid-level management coaching, and post-hiring coaching to new executives.
